How old do you need to be to go?

Slam Dunk Festival is an all ages festival. Under 9’s go free but it is necessary to send an email to info@hubmusicfactory.com attaching a copy of the ID card/passport of the under 9 years old.  Anyone aged 9 or over will need a full priced ticket.

Tickets for Slam Dunk Italy 2025 go on sale Friday, December 13 at 1pm GMT/2pm CET

ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION

Disabled people who want to attend Slam Dunk Festival Italy can request a free ticket for themselves OR for their companion.

The request must be made by writing an email to info@hubmusicfactory.com no later than 31 calendar days from the date of the show, specifying:

• Slam Dunk Festival Italy 2025 in the email object

• name, surname, telephone number and email address

• attaching medical documentation certifying the disability (over 50%) and a copy of your ID

• specifying whether you will be using a wheelchair or whether you will need to watch the show from a protected area

 

Once the maximum number of available seats has been filled, it will no longer be possible to satisfy further requests.

 

You may be asked to view your disability certificate at the entrance to the festival.

Chiunque abbia 9 anni o più dovrà acquistare un biglietto a prezzo intero.

INFORMAZIONI SULL'ACCESSIBILITÀ

I diversamente abili che vogliono partecipare a Slam Dunk Festival Italy possono richiedere un biglietto omaggio per sé OPPURE per il proprio accompagnatore.

La richiesta va effettuata scrivendo una mail a info@hubmusicfactory.com entro e non oltre 31 giorni solari dalla data dello spettacolo, specificando:

• Slam Dunk Festival Italy 2025 nell’oggetto della mail

• nome, cognome, numero di telefono e indirizzo mail

• allegando la documentazione medica attestante l’invalidità (oltre il 50%) e la fotocopia della carta di identità

• specificando se sarete muniti di carrozzina o se necessiterete di assistere allo spettacolo da un’area protetta

All’esaurimento del numero massimo di posti disponibili non sarà più possibile soddisfare ulteriori richieste.

All’entrata del festival potrà essere richiesta visione del certificato di invalidità.
